Welcome to our winter edition after quite a long
break in communication! Did anyone notice we didn't have an autumn newsletter this year? That's because
we were rather busy with our new born baby. We welcomed our second little boy, Alejandro, to the family
on the 7th of February.

He has settled in nicely and makes sure he gets noticed by smiling at everyone who stops to pay him a compliment. He really knows how to wrap you round his chubby little finger. His big brother is happy to have him around (most of the time) and smothers him with kisses and hugs.
|
What's new for Winter?
Well, we have introduced a new early morning 45 minute Pilates
Circuit & Cardio class for those who want to get their exercise out of the way before heading off to work
in the morning. This class is great for those wishing to shed a few kilos and maintain a healthy level of
fitness.
Also, now that we've revamped our
massage room, we're offering an attractive massage special to lure you back in to check it out
so that you can experience the healing hands of our professional masseurs.
Plus, you'll find lots of other little bits and pieces to enjoy in this newsletter.

New Pilates Studio Circuit & Cardio classes
Start your day slimmer
with the Studio Circuit Class. This dynamic group Pilates circuit
style class focuses on the most effective exercises for toning,
strengthening and improving your fitness.

The Pilates Studio
Circuit class is suitable for moderately fit people through to
advanced levels. Classes run for 45 minutes. The next 8 week

Mums n Bubs Pilates mat classes are back!
That's right - after being asked by a local mothers group to run a special class to help them get back in to shape with their babies, we have decided to offer a mums n bubs mat class once again.

This class is suitable for mothers to attend with babies up to one year old. The class runs weekly on a Friday from 11am - 12pm. Bookings are essential. read more

Baby Massage Course
